Worthd
Privacy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Worthd is designed to collect only the information needed to operate the public site, remember assessment progress in your browser, respond to messages, and maintain an email list for people who request updates.
Assessment and stack information
The public assessment does not require an account. Assessment answers, current-tool selections, recommendation statuses, and related preferences are stored in your browser using localStorage. They are not included in affiliate links. Clearing this site’s browser storage may remove that progress.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, regulated health information, confidential customer records, or other highly sensitive data into the assessment or stack notes.
Newsletter information
If you subscribe to Worthd updates, the site stores your email address, optional name, signup source, subscription status, and timestamps in a private file on Worthd’s hosting account. An email delivery provider may be connected later to send messages. You may unsubscribe through the site or contact justin@worthd.com.
Contact information
Contact-form submissions are stored in a private server file and may also be forwarded to Worthd by an email provider when that service is configured. The submitted name, email, topic, message, and optional company or website information are used to review and respond to the request.
Product and outbound-link activity
Worthd may record limited events such as which product link was opened, whether the destination was an affiliate or official link, the page where the click occurred, and the event time. Worthd does not include assessment answers in outbound URLs.
Hosting and service providers
Worthd uses a web-hosting provider and may use an email-delivery provider. Those providers process information under their own agreements and privacy practices. The public site does not require a Worthd user account and does not depend on Lovable or a third-party hosted product database.
Affiliate and third-party links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. The destination service may set cookies or collect information under its own privacy policy. See the affiliate disclosure.
Data choices and retention
You may clear local assessment data through your browser or the Worthd reset control. You may request access, correction, deletion, or newsletter removal by contacting justin@worthd.com, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
Security
Worthd uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
