What Worthd provides
Worthd provides a free, local-first renewal check, software records, comparisons, source-checked Signals, editorial analysis, and an optional founding renewal pilot. Products, prices, plans, availability, and vendor policies can change. Unknown values are not guarantees.
Your renewal register
The free renewal check stores the details you enter in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. Those entered tool names, costs, dates, owners, seat counts, and notes are not submitted to Worthd by the check. Clearing browser data or using the Clear control removes the local copy. Exported files are your responsibility.
Decision queue limits
The queue prioritizes attention from user-entered dates, notice periods, cost, observed usage, ownership, seats, job labels, catalog matches, and relevant vendor changes. A high-priority item, possible overlap, or low-usage signal is not an instruction to cancel, reduce, renew, or replace software. Confirm current contract terms, actual usage, affected workflows, data exports, integrations, and replacement readiness before acting.
Third-party prices and availability
Worthd does not sell listed third-party software or control vendor terms. Your current checkout, order form, contract, invoice, or written quote controls. Confirm final pricing and included features directly with the vendor.
Illustrations and savings
Examples labeled fictional, sample, illustrative, projected, or estimated are demonstrations, not customer results or savings guarantees. Annual exposure is calculated only from the amounts entered by the user and is not a claim that the amount can be saved.
Founding pilot
A pilot request does not create a purchase. Scope, inputs and timing are agreed before work begins. There is no upfront fee or obligation to pay; any contribution after delivery is voluntary and independent of feedback. Worthd may decline requests outside scope. The pilot does not include vendor negotiation, legal or security review, cancellation execution, or hands-on migration unless separately agreed in writing.
Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are tracked affiliate links and are labeled at the point of click. Compensation does not buy a recommendation, rank, drawback removal, or inclusion.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit information you do not have the right to share, or use Worthd to make unlawful decisions.
