Renewal check data stays local

Product names, costs, renewal dates, notice periods, usage observations, owners, seat counts, and notes entered into the renewal check are stored in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. They are not submitted to Worthd. Use Clear or clear your browser data to remove them. CSV and calendar exports are created on your device.

Limited product analytics

Worthd records limited events such as page views, starting or completing a check, the count of items analyzed, export use, errors, and voluntary usefulness feedback. A random identifier kept only for the browser session connects those events so Worthd can measure whether a visit led to a useful result; campaign and referring-site labels, the entry page and homepage button used may also be recorded. These events do not include entered product names, costs, dates, owners, notes, email addresses, or other free text.

Information you deliberately submit

Worthd receives information you send through the contact form, request by email, or provide for a founding pilot. A contact submission may include the current browser-session identifier and coarse campaign, entry-page and homepage-button labels to connect an accepted inquiry to its source. Feedback is private unless you separately authorize a quote or case study; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, patient data, confidential customer records, or contract material you do not have the right to share.

Briefing and requested messages

The monthly Worthd Briefing requires separate consent and includes an unsubscribe link. A requested contact response, pilot update, correction receipt, or transactional product email does not enroll you in marketing.

Payments, affiliate links, and providers

Stripe processes optional contributions and provides Worthd with payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers; Worthd does not receive card details. Some labeled outbound links may earn Worthd a commission. Hosting, email, analytics, and security providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Commercial relationships do not change ranking or inclusion.

Your choices

You may clear local data, unsubscribe, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Use the Worthd contact form. Worthd verifies sensitive requests before acting.

Scope

Worthd is designed primarily for United States small businesses. Laws may give you additional rights. This policy will be updated when product behavior changes.
