Renewal check data stays local

Product names, costs, renewal dates, notice periods, usage observations, owners, seat counts, and notes entered into the renewal check are stored in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. They are not submitted to Worthd. Use Clear or clear your browser data to remove them. CSV and calendar exports are created on your device.

Limited product analytics

Worthd records limited events such as page views, starting or completing a check, the count of items analyzed, export use, errors, and voluntary usefulness feedback. A random identifier kept only for the browser session connects those events so Worthd can measure whether a visit led to a useful result; campaign and referring-site labels, the entry page and homepage button used may also be recorded. These events do not include entered product names, costs, dates, owners, notes, email addresses, or other free text. Field-use events record only the name of the field used, never its entered value. If you choose the optional sharing checkbox before building a brief, Worthd also receives counts of your decision-intent, value, business-impact and usage choices, plus counts of filled fields. This is a summary, not your register, and does not include numeric seat counts. Sharing is off by default and is not required to use the check.

Worthd also measures, anonymously, how long a page stays open and how far down it is scrolled, tied to the same random session identifier. A Feedback button on each page lets you send a note; the note, the page you were on and the email address you choose to add are sent to Worthd by the contact form and used only to improve the site and reply to you.

Calculator and advertising measurement

The calculator runs in your browser. First-party event records can include which calculator fields were used (not their entered values), a broad crew-size range, trade and billing choices, result views, vendor-link intent and optional helpfulness feedback. These events use the same random browser-session identifier and campaign labels; a Microsoft ad click identifier may connect the session and a requested estimate to its source. Numeric card-payment amounts and invoice amounts are not included in these analytics events. Share links contain the calculator numbers you choose to share. Treat those links as information you deliberately disclose.

Microsoft Advertising measurement is optional and starts only after you select Accept optional measurement. Microsoft may receive page paths, activity and device/cookie information to measure ads and improve its advertising services. Our configured events do not send email addresses, entered calculator amounts or URL query parameters to Microsoft. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Optional masked page analytics are available only on the lawn-care quote guide, as described below. Use Privacy choices on any page to reject or change this choice. We remember that preference in this browser for up to 180 days; rejecting it does not stop the free calculator or requested emails.

Optional masked analytics on one guide

On the lawn-care software quote checklist, you may separately choose Allow guide analytics. Only after that choice does the page load Microsoft Clarity to collect masked page layout, clicks, scrolling and related session, device and cookie information. We configure strict content masking and mask the page in its source. This helps us understand which parts of the guide are useful or confusing. Clarity is not enabled by this choice on the calculator, renewal check, quote worksheet, contact forms or other pages.

This guide analytics choice is separate from advertising measurement and does not grant Clarity permission for advertising storage. We restrict the loader to this public guide and skip loading it when its URL contains a query or fragment, its referrer is outside Worthd or contains a query or fragment, or the page fails its safety checks. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also prevent it loading. These are configured collection limits, not a claim that every vendor data flow has been independently verified.

Clarity may use its analytics cookies, including _clck and _clsk, after you allow guide analytics. We remember your separate choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices on the guide to reject or change it. Rejecting does not prevent reading the guide or using the free tools. Withdrawing an active choice clears Clarity cookies and reloads the guide without its recording tag. Microsoft processes the information under its Privacy Statement.

Information you deliberately submit

Worthd receives information you send through the contact form, request by email, or provide for a founding pilot. A contact submission may include the current browser-session identifier and coarse campaign, entry-page and homepage-button labels to connect an accepted inquiry to its source. Feedback is private unless you separately authorize a quote or case study; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, patient data, confidential customer records, or contract material you do not have the right to share.

Future newsletter interest

The optional interest form in our software directory saves your email address, the consent wording and version, and the request time in Worthd's private local subscriber store. It does not send an email, contact an email provider, confirm a subscription or enable newsletter delivery. We will require confirmation before sending future updates, after email sending resumes.

Interest requests expire after 30 days. Expired capture-only pending requests are removed on subsequent signup requests; this is not a promise of deletion at the exact expiry time. Existing unsubscribe and suppression records are preserved. You can request removal through the Worthd contact form. Private abuse-prevention counters use keyed hashes of the email and network address, not raw values, with an hourly limit and cleanup after 24 hours on subsequent requests.

Briefing and requested messages

If you request an estimate email, we receive your address and the calculator inputs needed to send a link that reopens your numbers. Our email provider processes the requested message. This does not enroll you in marketing. Separately choosing the monthly Worthd Briefing starts an email confirmation step before subscription. Private rate-limit records use keyed hashes rather than raw email or IP addresses and expire from the rate window after an hour; stale entries are pruned on subsequent requests after 24 hours.

The monthly Worthd Briefing requires separate consent and includes an unsubscribe link. A requested contact response, pilot update, correction receipt, or transactional product email does not enroll you in marketing.

Payments, affiliate links, and providers

Stripe processes optional contributions and provides Worthd with payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers; Worthd does not receive card details. Some labeled outbound links may earn Worthd a commission. Hosting, email, analytics, and security providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Commercial relationships do not change ranking or inclusion.

Your choices

You may clear local data, unsubscribe, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Use the Worthd contact form. Worthd verifies sensitive requests before acting.

Scope

Worthd is designed primarily for United States small businesses. Laws may give you additional rights. This policy will be updated when product behavior changes.
