Worthd does not republish precise checkout amounts in comparisons. A copied number can become stale or omit the plan, term, seats, usage, eligibility, promotion, tax, or add-ons that determine the real total.

Cost factors to model: HubSpot contacts, Hubs, seats, credits, onboarding; Pipedrive LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, higher tiers.
Verification record: Worthd monitors vendor sources for material changes. The seat-access section below was checked separately on September 16, 2026; verify your current account terms before purchase or renewal.
A sales rep who updates deals, a manager who reads reports, and an administrator who handles billing may need different access. List those jobs before comparing per-seat prices.
This section checked September 16, 2026. The earlier whole-comparison review date remains July 21.
Under the standard seats-based Starter, Professional and Enterprise model, free View-Only seats can read records and reports, but cannot edit records or log email. Sales Hub Starter uses Core seats; full Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise access requires Sales seats.
Unassigning a paid seat alone leaves it billable. Schedule removal of the unused seat for renewal, subject to your minimum commitment. The current invoice does not change; check the next subscription term, especially on an annual contract paid monthly.
Account-settings-only access is free, but cannot open deals, pipelines or contacts. Deals app access requires a paid seat even when permissions restrict what someone can do. Seats within one account use that account's plan.
When deactivating a user, separately choose whether to remove the unused seat. Keeping it leaves billing unchanged. Removal takes effect next billing cycle; assigning a new user to it before then cancels the removal.
Pipedrive access rights, users versus seats, and deactivation billing.
Record each person's required actions, purchased and unassigned seats, plan, billing term and renewal date. Preview the seat change in billing and check its effective date before assuming the next invoice will fall. Reassign customer records and responsibilities before removing access.
Scope: HubSpot accounts on unmigrated legacy plans or Limited Release Pricing need a separate contract check. These English vendor documents describe access rules, not a country-specific quote or guaranteed savings. Your account's terms control.
| Product | Small-team estimate | Work to include |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | 2-8 weeks for a small connected rollout | Data model, lifecycle, forms, marketing or service scope |
| Pipedrive | 1-4 weeks for a focused sales rollout | Stages, activities, email, history, reports |
These are Worthd planning estimates, not vendor guarantees. Complex data, compliance, integrations, or custom work can take longer.
Do not choose HubSpot because the entry offer exists if the required workflow needs paid Hubs.
Do not choose Pipedrive if native marketing and service breadth is a hard requirement.
