Worthd cost check for pressure washing crews

Pressure washing software cost: what a 1 to 3 person crew pays

Four tools priced from their own pages: Markate and The Customer Factor (flat or near-flat), Jobber (per user) and ResponsiBid (quoting only). Subscription first, then the rules that move the bill, then card fees.

The short answer

A pressure washing owner with one helper pays about $539 a year on The Customer Factor, $611 on Markate, $1,536 on Jobber Connect, or $2,148 for ResponsiBid quoting alone.

The first two cost well under half of Jobber Connect for a crew of three ($1,788) because they do not sell user bundles. ResponsiBid is not a like-for-like option: it quotes jobs and works beside a CRM, so its price is added to one. Only Jobber publishes a card and bank rate, so the cheaper tools leave the biggest line, card fees, for you to ask about.

Worthd arithmetic from each vendor's pricing page, Nov 3, 2026. Markate: $45.95 x 12 = $551.40 billed as one yearly payment; each added employee is $5.00 a month ("Each additional employee costs $5.00 per month"); Worthd counts the owner as the base user, but the page does not say how many users the base plan includes, so confirm at checkout. Jobber: cheapest of the bundle price or the 1-user price plus $29 per extra user, annual billing (Core $29, Connect $99 for 1 user, $149 for 5, Grow $149 for 1, $229 for 5, extra user $29): from Worthd's Jobber pricing page, list unchanged at Research's Nov 2 recheck. The Customer Factor's price tag did not render on its pricing page (a "[tcf_price]" placeholder); the $44.95 figure is printed in its announcement text, so confirm it before you pay. ResponsiBid prints $179 (Scaling) and $229 (Pro, $2,748 a year) monthly and no annual prices.

What moves the bill

The rule each vendor prints

The Customer Factor: "Unlimited Employees" and "Unlimited Subusers" at one price, but its page says it is moving to a 3-tier structure where the bottom two tiers have limits; joining now grandfathers new members. Markate: $5 per added employee, no contract. Jobber: bundles of 1, 5, 10 and 15 users, $29 per person past the bundle. ResponsiBid: "1 Admin User" and "Unlimited Sub-Users" are listed without saying which plan has them.

What ResponsiBid is

A quoting tool, so count a second bill

ResponsiBid's page calls it "a powerful sales tool that works seamlessly with your CRM of choice". If you add it to Markate, the pair is $179 + $49.95 = $228.95 a month ($2,747 a year) on monthly billing for one person, about the same as Jobber Grow for 3 people ($2,748). Whether its quoting beats the quoting in Jobber or Markate is your call; the page does not compare them.

Card fees

Only Jobber prints its rate

Jobber charges 2.9% + 30 cents on cards and 1% on US bank payments. Illustration with an assumed job size, not a vendor figure: 20 jobs a month at $400 is $8,000. By card, 2.9% x $8,000 = $232 plus 20 x 30 cents = $6, so $238 a month. By bank transfer it is 1% = $80. That gap, $158 a month or $1,896 a year, is larger than the Customer Factor subscription ($539) and about the size of Jobber Connect for 3 people ($1,788). Markate says it offers "competitive payment processing rates, tailored to fit your business needs" and prints no rate; The Customer Factor and ResponsiBid print none either. Ask each for the card and bank rate in writing and compare it to Jobber's before you pick on the subscription alone.

Pages read Nov 3, 2026. For a seasonal crew: pausing ResponsiBid Scaling at $50 instead of $179 saves $129 a month, or $516 over four months (Worthd arithmetic). The pricing page and the policy say different things about fees; the policy is the later document. Terms of service for Markate, Jobber and The Customer Factor beyond the pages above were not read.

Who it fits

Solo or one helper, price first: The Customer Factor ($539) or Markate ($551 to $671). Want job costing and a card rate you can read: Jobber Grow, from $1,788 for one person. Quote-heavy sales on top of your CRM: ResponsiBid, which starts free.

Who it is wrong for

The Customer Factor for a shop that wants a price locked in writing: its page says tiers with limits are coming. ResponsiBid as your only tool: it does not replace scheduling and invoicing. Jobber Core for a second person: it is one user only. Not covered: QuoteIQ, whose page did not load for Worthd on Nov 3 (price shown on the vendor's site, not captured), and Joist, which sells invoicing only (see contractor invoicing software cost).

Frequently asked

Pressure washing software questions

What does pressure washing software cost for a small crew?

From vendor pages on Nov 3, 2026: The Customer Factor is $44.95 a month ($539 a year) with unlimited employees, Markate Owner Operator is $45.95 a month billed yearly ($551 a year) plus $5 per added employee, Jobber Connect is $149 a month billed annually ($1,788 a year) for 3 people, and ResponsiBid, a quoting tool, is $179 a month on Scaling ($2,148 a year).

Is ResponsiBid a replacement for Jobber or Markate?

No. ResponsiBid's pricing page describes it as a sales tool that works with your CRM of choice, so its $179 or $229 a month sits on top of a scheduling and invoicing tool, not instead of one.

Does Markate charge per employee?

Yes. Markate's pricing page and FAQ say each additional employee costs $5.00 a month on top of the base plan. The page does not say how many users the base plan includes.

Can I pause pressure washing software for winter?

ResponsiBid lets monthly-plan customers pay a $50 monthly pause fee for up to four months a year, per its pricing page and July 22, 2026 policy. Jobber, Markate and The Customer Factor print no pause option; Markate and The Customer Factor say you can cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund?

The Customer Factor refunds in full if you ask within 30 days of signing up. Markate does not refund early cancellations within a billing period. ResponsiBid says all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

Is there a free trial?

Jobber offers 14 days of Grow with no card. Markate offers 14 days with no card. The Customer Factor offers a 30-day risk-free period. ResponsiBid publishes no trial, only a free demo and a free Startup plan.
