Tracker notes: Oct 24–31, 2026

Recent additions and corrections to the tracker. Dates show when Worthd recorded these notes, not necessarily when vendors introduced each change.

Offers and corrections

  • Jobber, Oct 31: the October introductory offer reached its stated deadline, Oct 30 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Worthd removed the expired offer from its pricing guide. The tracker uses regular annual rates, not introductory discounts.

  • Jobber correction, Oct 30: the three-user column now distinguishes Connect’s $149 five-user bundle from Grow at $207 for one user plus two $29 extra users. The $207 figure is Worthd’s calculation at regular annual rates, paid yearly; introductory discounts are excluded. Grow’s advertised five-user bundle is $229.

  • Xero, noted Oct 27 and 30: eligible US customers buying their first organization on xero.com can get 90% off the base plan for six months: Early $2.70, Growing $5.90 or Established $9.70 a month, then $27, $59 or $97. Code DC90626310US expires Nov 2 at 11:59 p.m. UTC. Add-ons, usage and payment fees are excluded.

Billing details

  • FieldPulse, terms noted Oct 24: annual terms apply by default unless the order form says otherwise. A true month-to-month subscription requires 30 days’ notice, taking effect at the end of the billing period in which that notice expires, and can cost up to 50% more than the annual rate. The terms allow data export, or an export request, for 60 days after the subscription ends. Prices remain quote-only.

  • QuickBooks Online, noted Oct 27: its pricing page lists a $0 Free plan for one user, without accountant access, alongside the paid plans.

  • Skimmer, noted Oct 27: CRM integrations are $49 a month and Google Calendar is $25 on Getting Started and Scaling Up; both are included in Enterprise. The advertised Scaling Up trial for new customers using its promotional link covers up to 49 locations for one month; extra locations can still be billed. Regular plans start at $49 or $98 a month, including 49 serviced locations, with $1 or $2 per additional location respectively.

  • Housecall Pro, noted Oct 28: Vehicle GPS Tracking is $20 per vehicle per month. Standard-card Tap to Pay is 2.59%; Amex and commercial cards are 3.49%. Official pages describe its $5 monthly Tap to Pay charge as per active device or per active user, so confirm the billing unit. Instapay adds 1% to normal card or ACH processing fees, plus $0.75 for amounts under $75.

  • Hubstaff, noted Oct 30: its per-seat plans have a two-seat billing minimum, and owners and managers count even if they do not track time. This does not describe the separate flat-fee Small Business Essentials plan.

Frequently asked

Price tracker questions

Which field service tools do not publish a price?

Workiz, FieldPulse, ServiceTitan and FieldEdge show no price on their pricing pages and quote each shop. Worthd records them as quote only rather than guessing a figure.

Does every field service tool charge per user?

No. ServiceM8 bills by jobs a month, GorillaDesk by route, Skimmer by serviced pool location, Service Fusion and Launch27 by a flat plan with unlimited users, and Fieldwork by field technician. For products billed by jobs, routes or locations, the cost depends on those quantities and the plan limits, not just staff count.

Did Xero raise its US prices in 2026?

Yes. Xero’s US plans rose on Oct 1, 2026: Early from $25 to $27, Growing from $55 to $59 and Established from $90 to $97 a month, for new and existing customers, per Xero’s pricing update page.

What about Jobber’s intro discount?

Jobber showed a “Save up to 40%” offer for new customers that was scheduled to end Oct 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The tracker lists Jobber’s regular prices, which did not change between Oct 4 and Oct 27.

How often is the tracker checked?

Every row is re-read from the vendor’s own page at least every 30 days. The checked date in each row is the day Worthd last read that page, and “not published” means the page does not say.

Method

How the rows are checked

Each figure comes from the vendor’s own pricing, terms or help page and carries the date it was read. Rows are re-read at least every 30 days, and a change is logged on Price watch. No vendor pays to be listed or ranked. How we check · Report a correction · How Worthd earns.
