GorillaDesk pricing: what 1 route costs and what it leaves unsaid

GorillaDesk prices by route, with unlimited office logins. Here are the three plan prices, the one that does not add up, and how a solo shop's number compares with Jobber, Housecall Pro, Tradify and Contractor Foreman.

Pages checked Oct 15, 2026Reviewed by Worthd EditorialUS dollars, per monthUpdated Oct 15, 2026
The short answer

GorillaDesk is $49, $99 or $149 a month for one route, and the price of a second route is not published.

Billed annually, Basic is $539 a year (about $45 a month), the lowest published one-person price among the tools we track. Admin users are unlimited, but every technician who rides alone needs a schedule and a paid seat, and the page prints no price for extra ones. The Growth price is also inconsistent on the page: $149 shown, $299 in the sign-up link.

Plans

GorillaDesk plans and what each adds

GorillaDesk plans, monthly and annual prices for 1 route
PlanMonthlyAnnualAnnual per monthWhat it adds
Basic$49$539$45Invoices, estimates, work orders, mapping, routing up to 25 stops, Square and Stripe, automated emails and texts, 20 reports
Pro$99$1,089$91Everything in Basic, plus customer portal, online booking, subscription billing, route optimization, review requests, e-signatures, GPS tracking, time clock, QuickBooks Online sync, Zapier, open API
Growth$149 (see note)$1,639 (see note)$137Everything in Pro, plus dynamic estimates and estimate packages, sales pipelines, custom fields and job statuses, multi-branch support
Text add-on$5--Local number; credit packs $50 for 1,000 texts, $100 for 2,500, $200 for 8,000

As shown on gorilladesk.com/pricing on Oct 15, 2026, for 1 route; annual per month is Worthd's arithmetic ($539 / 12 = $44.92, $1,089 / 12 = $90.75, $1,639 / 12 = $136.58). Basic and Pro annual prices equal 11 months of the monthly price; Growth's does not. Subtotals exclude sales tax where applicable.

The Growth price does not add up: the plan card says $149 a month and $1,639 a year, but the monthly start-trial link carries a price of 299 and the annual link 3289. $1,639 is not 11 or 12 times $149. Until GorillaDesk fixes the page, treat Growth as unconfirmed and get the number in writing.
Against the tools that publish a price

GorillaDesk vs Jobber vs Housecall Pro vs Tradify vs Contractor Foreman

Published monthly price for one user or route
1 user or routeMonthly planAnnual plan, per month
GorillaDesk Basic$49$45
Contractor Foreman Basic-$49
Tradify Pro$51-
Housecall Pro Basic-$59
Jobber Grow-$149

For a one-truck shop the gap is real: GorillaDesk's annual Basic is $45 a month against $149 for Jobber Grow, a difference of $1,249 a year. It narrows as you add technicians, because GorillaDesk charges per route and publishes no price for the second one, while Jobber's Grow plan covers 2 to 5 users at $229 and Contractor Foreman's Plus covers 5 users at $166. Those figures are from Worthd's Jobber pricing page, Housecall Pro pricing page, Tradify pricing page and Contractor Foreman pricing page. Which plan is billed monthly and which annually differs by vendor, so the columns are not interchangeable.

Who it fits

One-truck and two-truck lawn, pest, pool and cleaning shops that want routing and recurring-service tools at the lowest published price, and that can live with a data import that skips old job history.

Who it may not fit

Crews of several solo technicians, because each one needs a schedule at a price GorillaDesk does not publish; shops that need the Growth tier's pipelines but cannot confirm its price; and owners who want old invoices carried over.

Frequently asked

GorillaDesk pricing questions

How much does GorillaDesk cost per month?

GorillaDesk lists three plans for one route: Basic $49 a month, Pro $99 and Growth $149. Paying annually is $539, $1,089 and $1,639 a year, which works out to about $45, $91 and $137 a month. Admin users and mobile devices are unlimited on every plan.

How does GorillaDesk charge for more technicians?

By schedule, not by login. The page says each technician who rides alone needs their own schedule and a paid seat, while crews that ride together only need schedules for the crew leaders. It prints no price for a second route, and on annual plans adding one means contacting Customer Success.

Is the GorillaDesk Growth price $149 or $299?

The page is inconsistent. It shows Growth at $149 a month and $1,639 a year, but the start-trial links carry price values of 299 and 3289. $1,639 is also not 12 times $149 ($1,788), unlike Basic and Pro where annual is exactly one month free. Get the Growth price in writing before you count on it.

Does GorillaDesk have a contract?

Its pricing page says all plans are month-to-month with no contracts, and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed for the full year up front, and the page states no refund policy for them. Its terms of service page returned a 404 when we checked, so the cancellation clauses were not read.

Does GorillaDesk charge setup fees or card fees?

No setup fee: the page offers free data migration and training, though imports cover contacts, addresses, notes and starting balances, not past service or billing history. Card processing runs through Stripe or Square, and GorillaDesk prints no rates, so use those processors' own pricing.

Does GorillaDesk have a free trial?

The page has Try it Free buttons but does not say how long the trial lasts or whether a credit card is needed. Ask before you enter one.

What do texts cost on GorillaDesk?

Text messaging is an optional add-on: $5 a month for a local number, plus credit packs of $50 for 1,000 texts, $100 for 2,500 and $200 for 8,000.
