Pooper scooper software cost: what a solo scooper and a 3-person crew pay a year

Sweep&Go, Time To Pet, DoTimely and Jobber priced from their own pages for a weekly yard route: the yearly bill for one person and for three, what each charges for the next staff member, and what card fees add.

Prices checked Nov 7, 2026Reviewed by Worthd EditorialUS dollarsUpdated Nov 8, 2026
The short answer

A solo scooper pays $0 to $1,188 a year in year one, depending on the tool. A 3-person crew pays about $420 to $2,563, and card fees can cost more than any of it.

DoTimely's Pro plan is the lowest paid option at $180 solo and about $420 for three. Sweep&Go's entry plan bills per active staff member and adds a one-time $79 charge, so a 3-person crew pays about 2.6 times what a solo does ($1,123 against $427). Time To Pet's Solo plan has no staff app, so a crew has to move to Team, where each helper adds about $16 a month. On $8,000 a month of weekly card payments, 2.9% plus 30 cents is about $3,360 a year, which is more than the entry subscription on any of these.

Each vendor's own pages, read Nov 7, 2026 (Sweep&Go, Time To Pet, DoTimely, Jobber). Sweep&Go's page prints four prices per plan next to a staff-count selector without labelling which belongs to which band; Worthd read them in selector order (18+, 10-17, 4-9, 1-3), which matches how a competitor's listing reads the $29 entry price at 1-3 staff. Treat the band mapping as inferred. Tidytail's pricing page could not be read and is not priced here. Sweep&Go's 50% off for 6 months new-client promo has no printed end date and is left out of every total.

Worthd arithmetic from the prices above, before tax and card fees. Sweep&Go assumes the inferred band mapping and every person counted as active. Time To Pet Team uses the per-staff rate derived from its $72 two-staff example. Jobber Core is one user only and, per Worthd's Jobber page, automatic payment collection starts on Connect, which matters for a recurring route.

Card fees

About $3,360 a year on $8,000 a month

A route of 160 weekly visits at $50 each is $8,000 a month. At Stripe's 2.9% plus 30 cents that is $232 plus $48, about $280 a month, which is more than the $87 a month Sweep&Go charges a 3-person crew on its entry plan. Jobber's card rate is the same 2.9% plus 30 cents. Time To Pet and DoTimely do not print theirs, so ask before you compare. Your own volume and average visit change this; it is an example, not a benchmark.

Who is wrong for what

Where each price can mislead you

DoTimely Essential looks free, but recurring appointments and invoicing, the core of a weekly yard route, are on Pro. Time To Pet Solo has no staff app, so hiring your first helper means a plan change. Sweep&Go counts every enabled user, so an office manager or part-timer adds to the bill. Jobber Core is one user only and the step to Connect for crews is a large jump.

A note on the rankings

Who wrote the comparison pages you will find

When Worthd searched this topic on Nov 7, the pages ranking for pooper scooper software pricing were the vendors' own pages (Sweep&Go, Time To Pet, Jobber), a Capterra listing, and blog lists on QuoteIQ's site that put QuoteIQ first. QuoteIQ's own navigation advertises an affiliate program with a 40% commission. This page is different in one way only: the numbers come from each vendor's pricing page with the date read, and Worthd earns nothing from Sweep&Go, Time To Pet or DoTimely. QuoteIQ was not priced for this page.
