Workiz pricing: what you can and can't know before you talk to sales

Workiz lists three plans and no prices. Here is what the pricing page and the contract terms do say, set against the field service tools that publish a number.

Pages checked Oct 14, 2026Reviewed by Worthd EditorialUS dollars, per monthUpdated Oct 14, 2026
The short answer

Workiz has no public price: Standard, Pro and Ultimate all say "Request pricing."

You will not find a Workiz monthly price on its site, so any number you read elsewhere is not from Workiz. What it does publish is a 12-month contract that renews for another 12 unless you give 30 days' written notice, a fee increase of up to 10% a year, and no refunds. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Tradify and Contractor Foreman all print their prices, so set the quote you get next to those.

Against the tools that publish a price

Workiz vs Jobber vs Housecall Pro vs Tradify vs Contractor Foreman

Published monthly price by team size for tools that list prices
UsersJobber Grow (annual)Housecall Pro (annual)Tradify ProContractor Foreman (annual)Workiz
1$149$59 (Basic)$51$49 (Basic)Quote only
3$229$149 (Essentials)$153$105 (Standard)Quote only
5$229$149 (Essentials)$255$166 (Plus)Quote only
8$299$299 (Max)$408$166 (Plus)Quote only
15$399$544 (Max)$765$221 (Pro)Quote only

Use this as the yardstick for a Workiz quote: for 5 users, the published monthly prices run from $149 (Housecall Pro Essentials, annual) to $255 (Tradify Pro), with Jobber Grow at $229 and Contractor Foreman Plus at $166. A Workiz quote above that range should come with features you can name that the cheaper tools lack. Jobber and Housecall Pro figures are from Worthd's Jobber pricing page and Housecall Pro pricing page, billed annually; Tradify has no annual price, so it is monthly. See the Tradify and Contractor Foreman pages for their plan tables.

From Workiz's terms and conditions (version 1.8, last updated Feb 19, 2026), sections 13, 14, 18 and 19, read Oct 14, 2026. A 10% rise on a quote of $200 a month is $20 a month, $240 a year: Worthd's arithmetic. The last 9,000 characters of the terms were not read. The vendor's written quote controls.

Before you sign: ask for the monthly price per user, whether your billing cycle counts as monthly or annual (only monthly allows a downgrade), the card rate you will pay, and any onboarding fee, all in writing. None of the four is on the public pricing page.
Who it fits

Shops that want automations, lead and scheduling tools, an optional phone and answering add-on, and are fine negotiating a price. Ultimate adds service plans, inventory, equipment tracking and an open API, which the cheaper published-price tools may not list.

Who it may not fit

Owners who need a number before a sales call, shops that want to leave after a few months (the term is 12 months, paid monthly or not), and one-person businesses who can get a published $49 to $59 plan elsewhere.

Frequently asked

Workiz pricing questions

How much does Workiz cost per month?

Workiz does not publish a price. Its pricing page shows three plans, Standard, Pro and Ultimate, and every one says 'Request pricing'. You get a number only by talking to Workiz, so get it in writing, with the user count and the contract length on it.

Does Workiz have a free trial?

Yes. The pricing page FAQ says Workiz offers a 7-day free trial and that no credit card is required for it. That is shorter than Contractor Foreman's 30 days.

Is Workiz a monthly contract?

No. Workiz's terms say plans run for an initial 12 months and renew for successive 12-month periods unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. You can pay monthly or annually, but you are committed for the year either way.

Can Workiz raise its price?

Yes. The terms reserve an annual fee increase of up to 10%, with at least 30 days' written notice. On a $200 a month quote that is up to $20 more a month, or $240 a year, at the first renewal.

Can I cancel Workiz mid-term or get a refund?

The terms say fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable and that pre-paid fees are not refunded when you cancel. A cancellation notice goes to cancel@workiz.com and takes effect at the end of the current term.

Can I remove users or downgrade a Workiz plan?

Not on an annual billing cycle. The terms allow package downgrades only if the billing cycle is calendar monthly, and not at all on custom packages. Ask whether your quote counts as annual or monthly billing before you sign.

What does a Workiz payment dispute cost?

$25 per chargeback, charged regardless of the outcome, according to the terms (last updated Feb 19, 2026). Workiz does not publish its card processing rates on the pricing page.
