You plus one cleaner, mostly recurring weekly and biweekly clients. What scheduling costs for two people, and the visit limit that decides which plan you need.

Prices checked Oct 28, 2026Reviewed by Worthd EditorialUS list prices, per monthUpdated Oct 28, 2026
The short answer

$0 for one user, then $27 a month for two people. Visits, not people, set the plan.

For two people, the lowest published price is $0 (ServiceM8 Free) for one user, then $27 a month (ZenMaid Starter at 2 team members) or $29 a month (ServiceM8 Starter, unlimited users). The limit that decides it is visits: ZenMaid Starter stops at 40 appointments a month and ServiceM8 Free at 30 jobs a month. Jobber Core is $29 a month billed annually for one user plus $29 for each extra user, so $58 for two; Connect for two is $128.

ZenMaid prices come from its pricing slider, which counts cleaners and office managers on the team (Oct 28); the plan cards show only the base price. Jobber arithmetic is Worthd's: the 1-user list price plus $29 for the second user, from the "add users for $29/mo each" line on Jobber's pricing page. Jobber's new-customer promo ends Oct 30, 2026 and is not in this table. Full tables: Jobber pricing · ServiceM8 pricing · same question for a lawn crew.

Which plan a real week needs

Two cleaners, each doing 2 visits a day, 5 days a week, is about 87 visits a month (2 x 2 x 5 x 4.33). That is over ZenMaid Starter's 40 and ServiceM8 Starter's 50, so it needs ZenMaid Pro ($67 at 2 team members) or ServiceM8 Growing ($79). One owner-cleaner doing 1 to 1.5 visits a day is 22 to 33 visits a month, inside ServiceM8 Free's 30 only at the low end. The free plan fits a solo owner plus a helper who does not need a login; once a second person needs their own schedule, you are on a paid plan. Check how each tool counts a recurring client (each visit, or one job): ServiceM8's page does not say. It does say a Free shop can earn unlimited bonus jobs by accepting card payments, and that going over the limit gives 7 more days of normal work before an upgrade prompt.

Free plans

What free plans leave out

  • ServiceM8 Free: one user, 30 jobs a month. SMS costs 10c each (free on paid plans). Two logins means Starter at $29.
  • ZenMaid has no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial on every plan.
  • A shared calendar or free booking widget covers appointments, not recurring-client billing, reminders at scale or cleaner payroll. That is what the $19 to $39 cleaning tools charge for.
  • Card fees are separate from every price above. ZenMaid Starter says payments run through Stripe or Square; ZenMaid's page prints no rates, so check the processor's own rate page. Paying by bank transfer instead: how much that saves.
