Kickserv pricing: $60 to $199 a month, by crew size

Kickserv sells three plans that include 5, 10 or 20 users. Here are the printed prices, what each plan adds, the contract terms and how it compares with Jobber, Housecall Pro, Tradify, Contractor Foreman and Service Fusion for a crew of 3, 8 and 15.

The short answer

Kickserv is $60 for 5 users, $119 for 10 or $199 for 20, with a 30-day free trial.

That is the cheapest published price for an 8-person crew in our set: Run at $119 against $166 for Contractor Foreman, $208 for Service Fusion and $299 for Jobber or Housecall Pro. Two cautions. The page does not say whether those prices are for monthly or annual terms (it offers 20% off for annual), and the terms make every fee non-refundable and auto-renewing. Card rates are not published.

As shown on kickserv.com/pricing on Oct 16, 2026, each labeled "/mo" with "Save 20% with annual subscription" underneath. The page has a Monthly/Annual switch and Worthd could not read which view the prices belong to; Kickserv's home page calls the same figures its "top 3 annual plans." If they are annual-term prices, 20% off means the month-to-month price would be about $75, $149 and $249 (Worthd arithmetic, not printed). If they are month-to-month prices, annual would be about $48, $95 and $159. Ask for the exact figure for your term before you pay. A fourth "Premium" plan appears in the Kickback text and sign-up links but has no price or features on the page. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable.

Tradify Pro$153$408$765

Kickserv is the lowest figure in every column, by $45 at 3 users, $47 at 8 and $22 at 15 against Contractor Foreman, and by $200 a month at 15 users against Jobber Grow ($2,400 a year, if Kickserv's prices are for annual terms and Worthd's other rows are annual too). It is not a like-for-like feature match: Kickserv Start has no dispatch map and no GPS check-ins, which start at Run. Kickserv also lists no job costing, inventory or customer portal, which Service Fusion Plus and Pro and Jobber Grow do. Figures are from Worthd's Jobber pricing page, Housecall Pro pricing page, Tradify pricing page, Contractor Foreman pricing page and Service Fusion pricing page. Card processing is extra on all of them.

Who it fits

Crews of 2 to 10 that want scheduling, reminders and QuickBooks Online at the lowest published price and do not need job costing or inventory, and shops that will pay a year up front.

Who it may not fit

Shops that want to cancel mid-term for a refund, that need job costing, a customer portal or a published card rate, or that will pass 20 users on one account.

Frequently asked

Kickserv pricing questions

How much does Kickserv cost per month?

Kickserv lists three plans: Start at $60 a month with 5 users, Run at $119 with 10 users and Scale at $199 with 20 users. Each says "Save 20% with annual subscription." The page shows a Monthly/Annual switch but does not say which view the printed prices belong to, and Kickserv's home page calls them its "top 3 annual plans," so ask which term the $60, $119 and $199 apply to.

Does Kickserv charge per user?

Not per seat. Each plan includes a set number of users (5, 10 or 20) and the page prints no price for an extra user or a step up between them. A crew of 6 needs Run at $119; a crew of 11 needs Scale at $199.

Is Kickserv cheaper than Jobber or Housecall Pro?

At the printed prices, yes at most sizes: Start at $60 covers 5 users, against Jobber Grow at $229 for 3 users and Housecall Pro Essentials at $149. Scale at $199 for 20 users is half of Jobber Grow at 15 users ($399). Kickserv is a thinner tool with a 2023 copyright on its pages, so compare features and support before price.

Does Kickserv have a contract?

Its terms (last modified Aug 21, 2024) set an initial term of one month or one year and auto-renew for the same length. Either side can cancel by written notice, effective at the end of the current term. Annual terms cannot be converted to month-to-month before renewal, and fees are non-refundable, including on a downgrade.

What does Kickserv charge for card payments?

The pricing page prints no card rates. The terms say customers pay the third-party processor and also pay Kickserv for payment processing, at fees Kickserv can change at its discretion. Kickserv Kickback gives 5% off your monthly fee if online payments reach $1,000 (Start), $2,000 (Run) or $3,000 (Scale) a month; annual plans multiply that by 12.

Does Kickserv have a free trial?

Yes. The pricing page shows a 30-day free trial on all three plans.

What does the QuickBooks Desktop integration cost?

The Run plan lists "Accounting integration (QuickBooks Desktop $50/m)." The page does not say whether that applies to Scale or is an add-on on Start. QuickBooks Online integration is listed under Start with no extra charge.
