KrispCall pricing: seat cost, calling fees and how to cancel

A cloud business phone number for the owner's and the techs' phones, with no desk phone. Plans read from KrispCall's pricing page, terms of service (Sep 17, 2026) and refund policy on Nov 2, 2026.

Checked Nov 2, 2026US dollars, per user, per monthReviewed by Worthd Editorial
Short answer

KrispCall is $15 a user a month on Starter and $40 on Advance, or $12 and $32 when you prepay a year. A 5-person Advance subscription is $200 paid monthly, or $160 a month equivalent when a year is prepaid.

Starter supports up to 5 users; Advance up to 50. Starter and Advance include eligible calling and SMS allowances, while Max includes eligible calling under a fair-use policy. Extra usage, excluded destinations and some texting charges can add to the subscription. Confirm the allowance and rates for your account before comparing full bills.

Best for

Where it works well

A small crew that wants a business number on the owner's and techs' phones instead of a desk phone, and prefers a published per-seat price. Prepaying a year takes $3 to $12 a user off each month, depending on plan.

May not fit

Who should look elsewhere

A shop whose international, toll-free, forwarded or automated calling falls outside the included allowances needs a separate usage quote. The subscription alone is not a complete phone bill. For call tracking by ad, see the CallRail and WhatConverts profiles: that is a different job.

As shown on KrispCall's pricing page on Nov 2, 2026: monthly and annual billing are both labeled, and annual is prepaid. Starter has a 5-user cap. The current pricing cards use Starter, Advance and Max; the September terms retain older plan names. Confirm which agreement applies to your account.

Worthd arithmetic: users times the per-user price, shown as monthly billing / monthly equivalent when a year is prepaid, before tax and separately billed usage. Annual subscriptions are paid for the year upfront. Starter examples stop at its 5-user cap.

Usage and extra charges

Included usage and charges to confirm

  • Eligible usage: allowances are pooled across the account and do not roll over. Outbound allowances cover the US/Canada and UK/Australia local destinations. Inbound calls qualify only where the rate is below $0.025 a minute. Included SMS is for the US/Canada and requires A2P registration.
  • Texting registration: the pricing table lists $4.50 one-time brand registration and $15 one-time campaign vetting. The applicable campaign fee is $1.50 a month for low-volume advance or $2 a month for sole proprietor; these are alternatives, not fees to add together.
  • Outside the allowance: forwarding or trunking, toll-free and excluded international/premium destinations, power dialers, bulk or automated use can be charged separately. Extra or other-country number fees and overage rates are not confirmed here.
  • Source inconsistency: the current pricing cards and linked fair-use policy describe included allowances, while a lower comparison still says pay per minute and pay per segment. Confirm the applicable package and excess-usage rates in writing.
  • Free trial: a free trial was not confirmed in this source check. A conditional refund window is not a free trial.
Contract and cancellation

Refunds are conditional, and cancelling does not refund by itself

  • Refund policy: Eligible purchase or downgrade refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of subscription through a separate application. Cancelling does not automatically refund. Exclusions include assigned numbers, communication charges, loaded credit, added members and mid-month cancellation. Read the linked policy before paying.
  • Number deletion: the September 17 terms allow early VoIP-number deletion after settling the remaining 30-day cycle amount. Exceptions include non-VoIP numbers, completed cycles, a remaining amount below $0.50 and workspace cancellation or expiry. Check number-transfer needs before deleting.
  • Renewal and data: the refund policy says to cancel before the next billing date or disable auto-renewal to avoid another subscription charge. It says account data is deleted on the nearest billing date after cancellation; the terms also refer to data-retention policies. Keep needed records first and confirm your account's timing with support.
