WhatConverts: plans, usage fees and how to cancel

Call and web-form tracking that shows which ad or page produced each lead. Prices read from WhatConverts' own pricing page on Oct 31, 2026, and its terms of use (last reviewed Mar 23, 2026).

Checked Oct 31, 2026US dollars, per month, monthly billingReviewed by Worthd Editorial
Short answer

WhatConverts costs $30 to $160 a month per account, not per user, and every plan includes only a $30 usage credit. A shop with 3 tracking numbers and 600 call minutes a month pays about $34.50 on the cheapest plan.

Unlimited users on one account makes it cheap for an office where several people watch the lead inbox. It includes no fixed number or minute allowance, only the credit, so the bill grows with usage. The comparison below separates subscription and local-call subtotals from other charges. The yearly price is not published.

Best for

Where it works well

Trades shops spending on Google Ads, Local Services Ads or Yelp that want to know which ad produced each call and each web form, with several staff reading the results.

May not fit

Who should look elsewhere

If you only need to report calls from Google Ads or Local Services Ads, check those platforms’ reporting before adding another subscription. If your field service app already has call tracking you use, check your plan before paying twice. Compare the call tracking break-even page first.

WhatConverts' pricing FAQ says "There is no limit to how many users can be added to an account." Pricing is per account, so each row repeats the plan price. Usage fees below are added on top once the $30 credit is used.

Usage fees

What is billed on top of the plan

WhatConverts usage fees on single-account plans
ItemRate
Extra local number$2.50 a month each
Local minute4.5 cents
Toll-free number / minute$3.50 a month each / 6.5 cents
Call transcription2 cents a minute
Inbound text3 cents each
Form, chat or transaction lead10 cents each (not on Call Tracking)
White label$50 a month extra
PCI redaction minutes, events tracking, email trackingListed as usage fees in the terms; rates not published

Usage draws on the $30 credit first; only the amount over it is billed. The pricing page says the credit covers "up to 148" phone call leads and, on Plus and above, "up to 300" forms, chats and transactions. Usage fees are "not refundable under any circumstances" per the terms.

What a month really costs

Two worked examples

  • Small shop, Call Tracking ($30): 3 local numbers ($7.50) plus 150 calls averaging 4 minutes, 600 minutes ($27.00), makes $34.50 of usage. Minus the $30 credit, $4.50 is billed over the plan, so about $34.50 a month. Adding transcription on all 600 minutes adds $12.00.
  • Same shop on Plus ($60): adding 40 web-form leads a month ($4.00) brings usage to $38.50, so about $68.50 a month.
  • Bigger call volume, Call Tracking: 10 numbers and 1,600 minutes is $97.00 of usage, $67.00 over the credit, so about $97.00 a month.

Worthd arithmetic from the list rates above, before tax. Texts, PCI redaction and events tracking not counted.

Against CallRail

Subscription and local-call subtotals

WhatConverts Call Tracking and CallRail Lead Tracking conditional monthly subscription and local-call subtotals
UsageWhatConverts Call TrackingCallRail Lead Tracking
5 local numbers, 250 minutes$30.00$50.00
5 local numbers, 1,000 minutes$57.50$87.50 to $95.00

WhatConverts totals here exclude transcription and texts. Its $30 credit is applied to numbers and minutes first. CallRail's $50 base includes 5 local numbers and 250 minutes; the $0.06 overage table includes transcription, while the $0.05 table lists transcription separately. The $87.50 to $95 figures are conditional base-plus-minute subtotals, not a confirmed full-bill range. Add any separately billed transcription, texts, extra numbers and taxes, and confirm the package before comparing totals. See the CallRail profile.

Worthd arithmetic. WhatConverts: 5 numbers x $2.50 plus minutes x 4.5 cents, minus the $30 credit, added to $30. CallRail: $50 plus minutes past 250 at $0.05 to $0.06. Both read Oct 31, 2026.
