FieldPulse pricing: what to ask for in your quote

FieldPulse offers seat-based quotes rather than a dollar subscription price on the pricing page we checked. Use this guide to compare the quote, separate billing frequency from contract length, and find the notice terms that apply to your agreement.

The short answer

Get the seat price, add-ons and commitment in the same written quote

No subscription dollar figure was visible on FieldPulse's pricing page when checked. A price on another site may describe a different date, team or package; compare it with your current written quote. The public terms have annual defaults and separate month-to-month rules, and your signed agreement or order form can change the commercial terms.

These are selected regular base subscriptions, not feature-equivalent packages. For 5 users, the displayed monthly figures run from $149 (Housecall Pro Essentials, annual) to $255 (Tradify Pro), with Jobber Grow at $229 and Contractor Foreman Plus at $166.

Compare the features and support you need, the billing commitment and any separate fees. Jobber and Housecall Pro figures are from Worthd's Jobber pricing page and Housecall Pro pricing page, billed annually; Tradify figures use the displayed monthly price.

Contractor Foreman's displayed monthly equivalents are rounded, so the actual annual bill need not equal twelve times that figure. The 15-user Housecall Pro figure is Worthd arithmetic from Max plus extra users. See the Tradify and Contractor Foreman pages for plan details, and Workiz pricing for another quote-based option.

Which contract terms apply to you?

Your separate signed agreement and order form take priority for the commercial terms they address (section 29.2). The defaults below are not a substitute for that agreement.

FieldPulse public contract defaults and important exceptions
ItemWhat to check
Annual defaultOne-year initial term unless the order form differs; annual renewal unless the agreement differs. Default non-renewal requires written notice received at least 60 days before term end (8.1, 8.4-8.5).
True month-to-monthSeparate 30-day written cancellation notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which that notice expires; intervening periods remain payable. Monthly billing alone does not establish a monthly term (8.6, 8.8, 8.13).
Early exit and refundsGenerally no early exit for convenience or refund of full-term fees. An uncured material breach can permit early termination (8.11, 8.16). Permanent business closure permits a request to end, but remaining term fees stay due unless FieldPulse agrees to a reduced amount (7.5). Australia/New Zealand provisions preserve mandatory rights and specify adverse-change rights (29.3).
Renewal priceThe public terms provide 60-day notice of renewal fee increases; check the rate and notice in your agreement (8.5, 8.7).
Data after cancellationExport access lasts 60 days after subscription end. Deletion has backup, legal-retention and other exceptions; arrange the export before leaving (24.8).

Frequently asked

FieldPulse pricing questions

How much does FieldPulse cost per month?

No dollar subscription price was visible on the official pricing page checked Oct 22, 2026. FieldPulse describes seat-based custom quotes. Ask for seats, add-ons, payment fees, setup and billing terms together.

Is FieldPulse a monthly contract?

The public default is one year unless your order form differs. True month-to-month plans have separate rules. Monthly payments alone do not establish a monthly contract.

How do I cancel FieldPulse?

Check your signed agreement first. Default annual non-renewal needs 60 days of received written notice; true month-to-month cancellation needs 30 days, effective at the applicable billing-period end. Section 29.2 sets document precedence.

Can FieldPulse raise the price at renewal?

The public terms provide 60 days of notice for renewal fee increases. Check your agreement, the proposed rate and the notice dates; do not assume a price notice and cancellation deadline arrive together.

Can I get a refund or leave early?

Generally, early exit for convenience does not cancel full-term fees. Material-breach and other applicable exceptions exist. Business closure allows a request to end the subscription, not a guaranteed fee waiver or refund; any reduced amount is discretionary. Check your agreement and sections 7.5, 8.16, 8.21 and 29.3.

Does FieldPulse have a free trial?

Ask FieldPulse whether a trial is available and what it costs, how long it lasts and what happens when it ends. We haven't confirmed those terms from the official pricing page.

Do I keep my data after I cancel?

The terms provide 60 days after subscription end to export or request an export. Deletion has backup and legal-retention exceptions; plan your export before leaving.
