Short answer

Jobber suits a 1 to 15 person crew that wants one app for booking, quotes, invoices and card payments. A 5-person crew pays $149 a month on Connect or $229 on Grow billed annually.

Skip it if you dispatch many trucks, need deep inventory, or would pay the $29 extra-user fee for several office staff who only view jobs. Card processing is a separate cost and is often larger than the subscription.

Best for

Where it works well

Solo operators and crews of 2 to 15 in lawn care, cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman and similar trades that quote, schedule and invoice from a phone.

What each plan adds

Which plan do you need?

Core: booking, scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments. Connect adds client reminders, automatic payment collection, QuickBooks Online sync and time tracking. Grow adds job costing, two-way texting and workflow automations. Plus adds crew scheduling, custom reports and premium onboarding.

Contract and cancellation

Read this before you pick a term

No commitment: cancel before the next renewal; access ends at the end of the billing period. 1-year commitment billed monthly: 12-month minimum; remaining installments are still due. Annual prepaid: the first payment is non-refundable.

Subscriptions auto-renew. For annual plans, the terms give two notice alternatives: at least 30 days before renewal, or within 30 days of Jobber's automatic-renewal notice. The monthly and annual wording overlaps; confirm your applicable deadline with support. Read Jobber terms ยง3.2 and the cancellation steps.

The 14-day free trial is full Grow, no card required.

Worked example (Worthd arithmetic): $25,000 a month in 50 online card invoices of $500 costs about $740 in fees, more than three times a $229 Grow plan. Moving 20 of those invoices ($10,000) to bank payments cuts fees to about $544. See paying by bank transfer if you want to lower it.
