The short answerA solo carpet cleaner pays $959.88 a year on ServiceMonster Basic or $1,188 on Jobber Connect. At 3 to 5 users the two tie: $1,799.88 against $1,788.
ServiceMonster is not a flat price: Grow includes 5 users, then adds $15 a month for each more, so it matches Jobber's bundle pricing by about 10 users ($224.99 against $229 a month). Where they differ is the contract. ServiceMonster's FAQ says every plan requires an annual commitment; Jobber sells a no-commitment month at a higher price. Kickserv prints the lowest tiered price, $60 for 5 users, but does not say whether it is the monthly or annual rate.
