Move just a quarter of it, $5,000 in 10 invoices, from card to bank transfer on Jobber and the fee drops from $148 to $50: $98 a month, $1,176 a year, about five months of the whole $240 stack. The one catch: the customer has to agree to pay by bank, and an HVAC replacement invoice is the easiest place to ask. Housecall Pro charges 2.59% to 3.49% depending on how the card is taken. You dispatch more than five trucks from an office (price ServiceTitan against a quote instead), you want payroll inside the field service app (Housecall Pro lists Payroll as an add-on without a price), or most of your revenue is commercial service contracts with net-30 invoicing, where the card line above hardly applies.

Simple Start allows one user. Essentials ($85 a month) allows three, which is $47 more than Simple Start. Jobber and Housecall Pro both sync to QuickBooks Online from their middle plans (Connect and Essentials).
