The short answer

A 3-tech appliance repair shop pays $55 a month on ApplianceOps, $149 on Jobber Connect or Housecall Pro Essentials, and $153 on Tradify Pro.

That is $660 a year on ApplianceOps against $1,788 on Jobber or Housecall Pro, a gap of $1,128. ApplianceOps is the only one of the four built only for appliance repair, and it is the one that lists home-warranty claim billing. It also sells its phone answering separately: add $95 a month for 3 to 5 techs and the shop pays $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Numbers below are list prices, one user per technician.

Worthd assumption, not a measured shop: 40 repair calls at $250 each, all paid by card. Jobber rates from Worthd's Jobber pricing page. Card fees often cost more than the subscription: Jobber's $302 here is more than twice Connect's $149. See contractor payment software fees and Housecall Pro's card rates.

Who ApplianceOps fits

An owner running one to five techs on warranty and home-warranty-company calls who wants claims billing and parts ordering in the same record, and is fine with a newer, appliance-only vendor.
