The short answer

A 3-person crew pays $29 to $149 a month on published prices. A 10-person crew pays $119 to $470 on flat or per-seat plans; ServiceM8 and GorillaDesk bill by jobs and routes instead.

The cheapest options at each size, from the table below: 1 person, ServiceM8 Free ($0, 30 jobs a month) or Jobber Core and ServiceM8 Starter at $29. 3 people, ServiceM8 Starter $29, Kickserv $60, Contractor Foreman $105, Tradify $141, Jobber Connect or Housecall Pro Essentials $149. 5 people, Kickserv $60 then Jobber Connect or Housecall Pro at $149. 10 people, Kickserv Run $119, Service Fusion $208, Contractor Foreman $221, Jobber Connect $229. 1 person: start with a free or $29 plan if it covers your work. In the selected annual prices, Jobber Connect is $99 for one user and includes QuickBooks Online sync; Grow is $149 and adds job costing. Choose the features you need, not just the headcount.
